Our sleep service offers clients both young and old the opportunity to access a tailor made package based on cognitive behaviour therapy techniques.  Our practitioners work closely with you in order to develop a system that will help to improve yours or your child’s sleep, our therapists are CRB checked.  We also use hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques where appropriate to support your programme.  We work with children from 6 years of age and adults.

We work in partnership with our clients to identify the cause of the sleep problem.  Addressing the core issue means that our intervention is more effective.

Sleep deprivation can have a devastating effect on our wellbeing.  Lack of sleep can lead us to feel irritable, unable to function and become depressed.  It can also impact on our immune systems and general health.  Sleep is something we take for granted – until we aren’t getting any!
